Returns

Flowers should last between 5-7 days if kept out of direct sunlight, with fresh water and not near a heat source.

​

Unfortunately working with natural produce, very occasionally we will find some stems do not last the desired amount of time. 

 

Please do contact us is this ever occurs and we will be happy to exchange your bunch once the original bunch has been returned.

Sustainability

For the majority, your flowers are grown right here in the UK.

They are often bought from smaller growers, which helps the local flower trade continue to thrive and grow whilst taking responsibility to reduce our carbon footprint.

​

We also only use recyclable products to package our bunches.

Delivery

​

Delivery is free within Ramsgate and £5 throughout the rest of Thanet or alternatively you are always welcome to collect your bunch.

Payment

​

Payments must be made 48 hours before the desired delivery date.
